Afternoon Academy Application - 2025/2026

This application form is kept confidential and seen by ChefLab personnel alone. Unless notified of any changes, the information provided can be applied to additional ChefLab programs and activities in the future. 

At ChefLab Afternoon Academy we work to build a curriculum that meets the skill sets of all our children. To do so requires a diverse balance of students across a broad scale of social-emotional as well as academic needs to ensure every child is supported and challenged to the best of our ability. 

We ask that you give an honest, and well rounded reflection of your child in social and academic settings. Our goal is to work with you as equal partners to provide the best environment for your child.

To complete your application there is a non – refundable application fee of 380 NIS.

Payment applies to the application process alone and does not secure registration.

It’s important to note that ChefLab does not discriminate.
ChefLab admits children of any academic or physical ability or disability, race, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, color, national origin, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students in our program.

Please submit a letter (can be in Hebrew or English) from a trained professional that has worked with your child for at least a year (Such as a teacher, principal, tutor, therapist, or counsellor) describing his/her experience of the applicant’s social-emotional and intellectual integration within an academic setting.

Please note that your application will only be considered upon receipt of letter.

A reference letter is required from an education professional who has worked with your child for at least one year.
